As a survivor of Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD), I have navigated the challenging path of recovery and resilience through artistic expression. My experiences as a prisoner of war in Bosnia have shaped my perspective on the importance of mental, emotional, and physical healing, and I am dedicated to sharing the knowledge and tools that have helped me and others thrive.
